Platform notes

• Windows x64 is the natively executed build on the release workstation.
• Linux and macOS artifacts are labeled in the manifest when native proof is still pending.
• Code signing and notarization status is shown per artifact; unsigned preview builds are never presented as signed.
• Windows may warn on an unsigned preview. Production trust requires an Authenticode certificate or Azure Trusted Signing identity; a self-signed certificate does not remove SmartScreen warnings.

Verify a Windows download

Compare the SHA-256 in the release manifest, then check the Authenticode status. For a production signed build, the signature status must be Valid.
